A rare find: two owner boat, delivered new to Lake Simcoe, never seen salt water! This vessel is the big water Hatteras designed and built to take ocean conditions. This one is the first of the designs that they carried into the 80's in their larger boats, with the central flying bridge, with a large aft sundeck. The boat is in great order, ready to cruise with Safety, Style, and Comfort in mind!
There is V berth up front, with hanging closet, a head with shower. The galley has a full size two door fridge with cross top freezer, a three burner stove with oven, a SS sink, a microwave, toaster oven, as well as a power vent with light. The salon has a love seat that opens to a double bed, two swivel chairs, and a teak high/ low coffee/ dining table. There is also a completely equipped lower helm station for rainy days. The full beam aft cabin features a queen bed, as well as a single bed, has a en-suite bathroom, with stand alone, fully enclosed shower stall.
